Halloween

Ok so this is about Halloween of 2015, but we will start with 2 cute pictures of 2 cute kids that have nothing to do with Halloween and everything to do with wonderful kids. Thank you to a loving Heavenly Father for sending Zachary and Hazel to our family. Charlotte you were at school when these pictures were taken but we love you so very much as well.

And on to Halloween. Jari is totally awesome. She asked the girls what they wanted to be and made it so. What is not seen in these pictures are the tired eyes that belong to Jari. She stayed up really late two nights in a row to make these costumes. She loves to sew, and loves her kids even more. That is just one reason she is amazing.

Charlotte asked to be a bat and Hazel a witch. They first wore their costumes at the branch trunk-o-treat and when they got home (I was working so I missed the fun) Charlotte's ears were missing. I was really sad because they were so cool. Luckily they were in Sister Hall's car, and she graciously returned them.

While it does not look that cold, trick-o-treating at the BX did not last long for us. 15 pieces of candy each was plenty and the girls were done due to the chill in the air.

While the girls will remember the candy or maybe nothing at all of this moment in the future, I will remember it as a moment where Jari made some fantastic costumes to make them happy.

Those costumes are the best! And the wearers give them personality for sure! Very cute memories for years to come.
