Jari and I were able to go on a date recently and we picked our new favorite Korean Dessert Cafe. Here they serve this amazingly delicious dessert called Sul Bing.
Other than chocolate shavings and syrup it has at its core what we think is shaved milk on a bed of sweetened condensed milk. Instead of heavy ice cream like you would expect it is light and incredibly delicious.
Would love to have one of these establishments back home in the US. So good!
And yes the Sul Bing sign is made of chocolate and edible.
