The Little Red Hen

Jari made soup and bread for dinner tonight. When the bread came out charlotte exclaimed, 'Oh mom it's just like the story of the Little Red Hen. You made bread and we did not want to help. '


We then asked if that meant they did not get to eat the bread. Her answer..."Well, it's not like that part of the story. In our story, we just eat the bread."

Yay for bread and soup and a mommy who loves her family enough to share it even if they are not helping. That's the privilege of motherhood. Thanks for being a great mom, Jari! We love and miss you all!
