While we have enjoyed our time here in Korea there have been a few drawbacks. One small problem has been the lack of Arena Pan. It is in short supply in the states and nonexistent here. So when a coworker from Columbia said his wife were coming from Miami I had to ask if she could bring some of this special cornmeal.
Well, it happened!
We put it to use real quick. Here we are enjoying a Friday night meal of stuffed arepas. Yummy!
