Stump Run, Parades and Kitty Feasts

Last Saturday was a very day, but a good one.

Step 1: Stump Run. Jari and I ran a half marathon on base together in honor of a service member who died in a hiking accident while stationed here in Korea. It was fun to run with her. And the medals were amazingly awesome.

2. Birthday Party: One of Charlotte's friends from school (Rain) had a party at a kid's cafe which is a place for young kids to play while parents sip a warm drink. We came home with all the party food because they were going to throw it away.

3. Parade on base: I really don't like parades but this one was great. Lasted about 20 minutes and it all took place right in front of our house.

Step 4: Meltdown for 30 minutes.

Step 5:  Kitty Feast. 30 minutes into the meltdown Charlotte and Hazel transformed into cats and went on a hunt and prepared a feast. Of course, cats don't kill cats so Zachary got his favorite stuffed animal.

Here is an animal carrot pie.

And everyone loves fried frog.

A full serving of Animals for the eating.

Step 6:  Bed. We gave our race shirts to the girls as nightgowns. Here they are after baths.
